It was only a matter of time before downhill bike manufacturers started building downhill race bikes designed for 27.5″ (650B) wheels. California made Intense Cycles has created their first 27.5″ downhill race bike called the 951 EVO. PinkBike has a fantastic article on the new bike with riding comparisons to Intense’s flagship M9. The article goes in to lots of detail about the differences in geometry, suspension, and on the course feel.
Full unveil for the 951 EVO will be at Sea Otter and the release date for the frame is May 2013.

It’s not my photo. It’s press media from Intense Cycles. You’d have to ask them.

Maybe so, but the link provided is to a page on PB that only has a video commercial for the Evo, and a bunch of comments wondering how a commercial is supposed to be interpreted as an ‘article’.
Click the article link and scroll down. There is a ton of info on that page.
